UWA Inspire Accommodation Scholarship

Lakna Aponso, a current student at UWA, was able to live out her university dream thanks to the UWA Inspire Accommodation Scholarship.

This scholarship provides financial support to students, like Lakna, who live in regional and remote areas of Western Australia, by covering accommodation costs at University Hall for two years, and then supporting the students with living costs in their final year of studying when they are encouraged to live off-campus.

Donations from our UWA community are vital to support equity-based scholarships, like the Inspire Accommodation Scholarship, ensuring all students are able to fulfil their dream of a university education regardless of their circumstance.
